Winkie Ray

Ms. Winifrey "Winkie" Ray, age 64, of South Fulton, TN
passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at the 
West Tennessee Healthcare Volunteer Martin Hospital
ER. 

She was born on July 16, 1958 in Fulton, KY to the late
Charles "Moose" and Marian Lee Oliver Ray. 

Winkie was a member of the Fulton Cumberland Presbyterian Church
and retired from the United States Postal Services as a clerk. She 
was a 1976 graduate of Fulton High School and a 1980 graduate
of the University of Tennessee at Martin, majoring in Social Work 
and Criminal Justice. She was also a sorority member of AOII.

She is survived by her son, Kurt (Ashley) Stafford of Mayfield, KY,
two grandchildren: Karson and Ava Stafford of Mayfield, KY.

A celebration of life service will be held at 3PM Saturday, November 12, 2022
at the Fulton Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Visitation will be held at the 
Fulton Cumberland Church 2PM Saturday, November 12, 2022 until the hour of service.
