Virginia Choate

Mrs. Virginia Choate, age 85, of South Fulton, TN passed away on
September 25, 2020 at Diversicare of Martin.

She was born on April 13, 1935 to the late Willard and Ethel Woodruff
Smith in Grand Rivers, KY. She was a member of the South Fulton
United Methodist Church and was a homemaker.

Mrs. Choate is survived by a daughter Susan Choate (Tom) of Newbern,
TN and a son Dan Choate of Fulton, KY; two grandchildren and three
great grandchildren, a sister Louise Hamby of Cottage Hills, IL and a
brother Jerry Smith of Long Beach, CA.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Choate was preceded in death by her
husband James A. Choate, a sister and brothers.

A graveside service will be held at 11 am Monday, Sept. 28 at the
Pleasant View Memorial Gardens. There will be no visitation held at the
funeral home and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at the hour
of service.
