Thomas Wayne Grissom

Mr. Thomas Wayne Grissom, age 82, of the Ruthville Community died Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at the Regional Hospital of Jackson.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Fulton, KY and was a veteran of the United States Army where he served in the Korean Conflict. He was also a member of the VFW post 4862 in Union City, TN and the Kiwanis Club. He was a self employed Dairy Farmer and had lived all of his life in this area.
He is survived by his wife June McKinney Grissom whom he married December 12, 1958, a daughter, Iva Lynn Forrester of Martin, TN, a son Guy Dwane (Debra) Grissom of McKenzie, TN, one grandchild, Courtney Grissom of McKenzie, TN and a sister Ruth (Marvin) Cummings of Fulton, KY.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Jefferson and Elah King Grissom and a brother, Alton Grissom.
Funeral services will be held at 11AM Friday in our funeral chapel. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5-8PM Thursday
