Thelma A. Mayfield

Mrs. Thelma A. (Davis) Mayfield, age 91, of Hickman, KY died 3:18 am Monday, July 16, 2012 at the Union City Manor Nursing Home.
She was a member of the Rush Creek United Methodist Church and
was a homemaker. She was a member of the United Methodist Women
and she served as past district president (Dyersburg District). She had lived in this area all of her life.
She is survived by a daughter Susan Taylor (Mike) and a son
John Mayfield (Mary Helen), all of Hickman, KY; four grandchildren
and nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Edwin Mayfield,
and her parents Paul and Lyda Berry (Jones) Davis.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, July 18 in our funeral chapel with interment in the Rush Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-8 pm on Tuesday and anytime Wed. until the funeral hour.
Memorials may be made to the Rush Creek Cemetery Fund, c/o Ellen Petty, 715 Whirmantler Street, Union City, TN 38261.
