Teresa Ann Ferguson Phillips

Mrs. Teresa Ann Ferguson Phillips, age 72, of
Martin, TN passed away Thursday, September
28, 2023 at her residence.

She was born at the Fulton Hospital in Fulton,
KY, on July 9, 1951 to the late Alvin Ferguson
and Hazel Welch Ferguson.

She worked as a supervisor of Medical Records
at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City, TN
for 45 years. Teresa graduated from South
Fulton High School and Freed Hardeman 
University.  She lived all her life in this area
and was a member of the Gardner Church
of Christ.

Teresa is survived by her husband Ronnie
Phillips to whom she married January 11, 
1974, two daughters: Lee Ann (Dustin) Rainey
of Dresden, TN and Amanda (Adam) Hollis
of Greenfield, TN, four grandchildren: Alivia
Rainey, Dax Rainey both of Dresden, TN,
Tripp Hollis and Hazlee Hollis both of 
Greenfield, TN, one sister Vickie Keeling of
Hickory, KY, her aunt: Judy Ferguson, of
South Fulton, TN, a sister-in-law Priscilla
Dean (Roger) Allen of Kingsport, TN,
brother-in-law Jimmy (Paula) Phillips of 
Burke, VA, several nieces and nephews and 
many life long friends.

Funeral services will be held 1PM Saturday,
September 30, 2023 in our funeral chapel 
with burial to follow in the Obion County
Memorial Gardens.Visitation will be held 
will be held at the funeral home from 5-8PM
Friday.
