Shelley Raye Williams

Mrs. Shelley Raye Williams, age 52, of Milan, TN and formerly of
this area passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at the
Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY.

She was born on October 14, 1966 in Hickman Co., KY to late
Marvin Tynes and Terry Florez Phillips of Benton, KY.

Shelley was a long time Licensed Practical Nurse at the Fulton Nursing and Rehab
in Fulton, KY (former Haws Nursing Home). She was a 1984 South Fulton High School
graduate and lived in this area most of her life.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her step-father David Phillips of
Benton, KY and her husband, Bart Williams whom she married September 30, 1983.
She also leaves her daughter, Brandy (Steven) Wright of South Fulton, TN, four
grandchildren; Moses McKnight, Josh McKnight, Allie Wright and Aiden Wright all of
South Fulton, TN, a sister Tessie McCoy of Clarksville, TN, two brothers;
Joey Tynes of Mayfield, KY and Ronnie (Jennifer) Tynes of Hendersonville,
TN.

Funeral services will be held at 2PM Saturday at the South Fulton Baptist
Church with burial to follow in the Water Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be held at
the South Fulton Baptist Church from 11AM Saturday until the hour of service.
