Service for Major Scott Boyd age 65, will be held July 7, 2015 at 10 am at Williams Funeral Home in Greenfield. Visitation will be July 7 at 9 am until funeral time. He will be buried in Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery in Nashville, Tennessee.
Scott was a school teacher and a retired Veteran. He is survived by his wife Laralee Boyd of Greenfield. He is also survived by six step-daughters, Jennifer, Rachel, Adrienne, Emily, Katie and Kathleen. He is also survived by one brother Robert(Jackie) Boyd of Knoxville, TN.
He was preceded in death by his parents Minnie Nell and C.A. Boyd.
