Samuel R. Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan served as Vice-President of the National Automobile Assc. based in
Atlanta, GA. He has lived most all of his lifetime in Hartford and Clinton, Ky. He was a member of the Beaver Dam Baptist Church in Beaver Dam, was a member of
the Clinton Masonic Lodge #131 and was commissioned a Kentucky Colonel.

He is survived by his wife, Mignon Bell Sullivan, Hartford, Ky., 2 daughters and a son-in-law, Donna and Danny Morefield, Clarksville,TN., and Lisa Sullivan
of Greenville, KY., He also leaves a step daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Sterling Pember, Sedalia, Ky., 3 step sons and dau-in-laws, Stanford and Marsha
Bell of Hardin,KY., Danny Bell of Alamo, Ky. and Ricky and Donna Bell of Hickory,KY, 4 grandchildren, Michael Morefield, Clarksville,TN., Corey Stone, Kelli Stone and Blaise Sullivan all of Greenville,KY.,, 12 step grandchildren and 5 step great
grandchildren.

(He was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Robert H. and Minnie Price Sullivan, his first wife, Jean Sullivan, a sister and 2 grandchildren)

Funeral services for Mr. Samuel Sullivan will be held at 11am Monday in our funeral chapel with burial to follow in the Hickman City Cemetery. Friends may call the funeral home from 5 to 8pm Sunday and anytime Monday until the funeral hour.
