Sam Miller

Mr. Sam Miller, age 76, of South Fulton, TN died Thursday, May 25, 2017 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.
He was a member of the Smith Street Church of Christ and a United
States Army veteran where he served in Vietnam. Mr. Miller was a
Fulton Country Club Superintendent for 12 years, boys and girls basketball coach at the Cayce School and Fulton County School for over 20 years and a Kentucky Colonel. In his later years he enjoyed golfing and spending time with his grandchildren. He lived most of his life in this area.
He is survived by a son Sam (DeAnna) Miller of Fulton, KY, a daughter
Sondra (Kenneth) Duncan of Buchanan, TN, seven grandchildren;Jordan Miller and Mary Kathryn Miller both of Memphis, TN, Behr Miller and Carson Miller both of Fulton, KY, Jaye Gore of Paris, TN, Kennith Ray Duncan, Amber Duncan both of Buchanan, TN, two sisters; Wanda Jones of Murfreesboro, TN and Joyce Cook of South Fulton, TN.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Lois R. Bean Miller, his parents Samuel Roy Miller and Stella Knight Miller Babb.
Graveside services will be held at 11AM Saturday in the Obion County Memorial Gardens. There will be no visitation held at the funeral home and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at the hour of service.
