Sadie Viviana Nolasco died June 22, 2016 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville TN.
She is survived by her parents, Alex Nolasco and Lorin Morgan, her grandparents, Frank and Stephanie Morgan, Uncle Brandon Morgan, a brother Aden Lopez and a sister Sophia Nolasco all of Fulton KY.
Graveside services will be held at 11AM Wednesday at the Clark Cemetery.
There will be no visitation or services held at the funeral home and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for graveside services.
