Ruth Naomi Payne
November 10, 1911 — December 10, 2006
She was a member of the Harris United Methodist Church in the
Harris Station community. She was a homemaker and had lived
all of her life in this area.
She is survived by 2 daughters- Brenda Sturgis and Sonja Duncan of Union City,TN. 2 sons - Jimmy Payne of Leesburg, GA and Sammy
Payne of Union City, TN. 14 grandchildren and several great
grandchildren & several great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband -Clyde Payne,her parents- Arther and Lillie (Dudley) Blaylock, a son - Sidney Payne,
a daughter- Faye Faulkner, also 3 sisters, 3 brothers and a grandson-Jamie Duncan.
Funeral services for Mrs. Payne will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday,
Dec. 13,2006 in our funeral chapel and burial will be in the Obion Co. Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5-8 Tuesday and anytime Wednesday until the funeral hour.
Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the RELAY FOR LIFE.
