Robert E. Lee "B. J." Gordon III

Robert E. Lee "B. J." Gordon III of South Fulton, 
TN passed away Friday morning at West Tennessee 
Healthcare Volunteer Martin Hospital in Martin, TN.  

B. J. was born in Henry County, TN on September 
17, 1982 to Robert E. Lee "Bobby" Gordon, Jr. 
and Patricia Ann Stout "Trish" Gordon of South Fulton, TN.  

He received his Masters Degree in Occupational Safety
& Health and also earned a MBA from Murray State
University.  He was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. 
He was formerly employed at Toyotomi American Corporation
in Springfield, KY and World Color in Dyersburg, TN as Safety 
Manager.  He lived all of his life in the South Fulton area and
attended Walnut Grove Church.

B. J. was an avid fisherman and golfer, an all around sportsman;
 basketball, baseball, football and was a member of South Fulton 
Basketball State Championship team of 2000. 

He was survived by his wife, Cherish Yates Gordon,  to whom he was
married on October 10, 2020, his parents, a sister Kari Gordon 
Dedmon (Jeremy) of South Fulton, TN, a niece Priscilla Kate 
Dedmon of South Fulton, TN, two godchildren: James Houston
Luker IV and Aubrey Rose Luker.

Funeral services will be held at 1PM Tuesday, March 29, 2022
in our funeral chapel with burial to follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery.  
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5-8PM
Monday and anytime Tuesday until the hour of service.
