Robert Anthony "Bulldog" Bennett

Mr. Robert Anthony "Bulldog" Bennett, age 75, of Fulton, KY died September 30, 2016 at Diversicare of Fulton.
He was a member of the Fulton Country Club and had been an estimator for the former Stanley Jones Contracting Company. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife Shirley D. Brockwell Bennett of Fulton, whom he married Sept. 11, 1960, a daughter Tracy Thomas of Conway,AR and a son Josh Bennett of Orlando, FL; four grandchildren Tabitha Bailey, Brock Thomas, Hogan Bennett and Cassidy Bennett and a great grandchild Bennett Bailey. Two sisters Alicia Walker of Water Valley, KY and Kay Joyner of South Fulton, TN and two brothers Joe Bennett of Covington, KY and John Bennett of Fulton,KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents Willie Bryant Bennett and Lucy Koonce Bennett, and a brother Bill Bennett.
Funeral service will be 2 pm Sunday, October 2 with Bro. Eddie Cassetty officiating. Interment will follow in the Obion Co. Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 12 noon Sunday until the funeral hour.
