Mr. Richard W. Shields of South Fulton died Thursday, May 17, 2012 at the Volunteer Community Hospital in Martin,TN.
He was a member of the Parkway Church of Christ in Fulton, KY and was a retired farmer. He had lived in this area all of his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents Milton Y. & Nora (Maynard)Shields.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Saturday, May 19 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel and interment will be in the Chapel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 am Saturday until the funeral hour.
