Richard Arthur Birmingham

November 25, 1924 — December 24, 2020

Mr. Richard A. Birmingham, age 96, of Haltom City, TX passed away
December 24, 2020 in Texas.

He was born on November 25, 1924 in Alamo, TN to the late Arthur and
Maude Buckingham Birmingham.

Richard was a United States Army veteran, where he served in World War II
and was the owner/operator of the former Birmingham Service and Supply,
he retired in 1994. He lived most of his life in Amarillo, TX and the past
10 years he lived in Halton City, TX.

He is survived by two sons; Gary (Cindy) Birmingham of Ft. Worth, TX
and Ronnie (Doris) Birmingham of Wingo, KY, seventeen grandchildren,
forty two great-grandchildren and thirty seven great-great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Daisy
Pritchard Birmingham, two sons; Vergil Wayne Birmingham and
Richard Larris "Boll Weevil" Birmingham, a sister and five brothers.

Funeral services will be held at 2PM Thursday in our funeral chapel
with burial to follow in the Obion County Memorial Gardens. Visitation
will be held at the funeral home from 12Noon Thursday until the hour of
service.
