Rev. Thomas Rose of Fulton, KY age 88 died June 14, 2013 at Baptist Health of Paducah.
He was a member of First Baptist Church in Fulton, and was a retired minister and had worked for Illinois Central Railroad. He was a graduate of Union University & Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He lived in this area
most of his life.
He survives two sons Philip(Teresa) Rose of Cayce, KY and
Timothy Rose of Lake Mary, FL. and nine grandchildren, Shay Rose Lock, Heather Rose, Robby Rose, Amy Rose, Emily Rose Jones, David Rose,Sam Rose, Lauren Rose, Cayce Rose and nine great grandchildren,
Mattea Lock, Kinsey Lock, Ethan Rose, Colt Rose, Brody Jones, Sawyer Jones, Pressley Rose, Azlyn Rose and Jackson Ames.
He is preceded in death by his wife Clydene Burgess Rose whom he married Dec. 29th 1944 and one son David Michael Rose and one brother and sister and his parents Alvin and Ida Samuel Rose.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Saturday at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel with interment in Pleasant View Cemetery in Dukedom.
Friends may call at the funeral home 12 noon until the service hour.
