Raymond Mack Sloan

April 9, 1921 — February 17, 2008

Mr. Sloan was retired employee of the Kentucky State Highway Department and was a W.W. II veteran where he served in the U.S. Army. He had lived in this area most all of his lifetime and was a member of the VFW.

Mr. Sloan is survived by his wife of 61 years, Margaret Hammond Sloan of the Cayce community(KY) a sister, Frances Sloan Stubblefield, Union City,
TN., 1 nephew and 4 nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie Mack and Ruby Pruett Sloan, 2 brothers, William Chester Sloan and Charles A. Sloan and a nephew, Lee Mack Stubblefield.

Funeral services will be held at
11 am Wednesday, (2/20/08) in our funeral chapel with burial in the
Pleasant View Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-7 pm Tuesday and anytime Wednesday until the funeral hour.
