Ray Terrell of Troy, TN died Sunday morning January 25, 2015 at his residence.
He was a member of the Sandy Branch Primitive Baptist Church and was a member of the Wynridge Golf Club. He retired as Vice President of First Citizens Bank in Troy in 2000 after 43 years in the banking industry. He had lived in Weakley and Obion County all of his life.
He is survived by a daughter Melody Hutchins of Troy,TN and a son and daughter in law, Alan Ray and Connie Terrell of Union City, TN.
Four grandchildren: Tabitha McKinnis (Jon) of Union City, TN, Dustin Terrell (Priscilla) of Troy,TN, Dana Davis (Anthony) of Union City, TN
and Whitney Wright of South Fulton,TN, fifteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife Helen (Brooks) Terrell, his parents Durrell and Anna Katherine (Brown) Terrell, a sister Jane Ann Jones, and a granddaughter Melissa Davis.
Funeral service will be 1 pm Wednesday at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel and interment will be in the Sandy Branch Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 6-9 pm on Tuesday and anytime Wednesday
until the funeral hour.
