Mr. Randall J. Adkins, age 61, of Fulton, KY died Saturday, December 9, 2017 at the Tennova Volunteer Hospital - ER in Martin, TN.
He was currently employed by the Fulton County Transit Authority,
was the former owner of Tony Randall's on Broadway, K & N from
1990-2001, R-J Quickstop in South Fulton and a former manager
at Ryan's in Jackson, TN, Corinth and Tupelo, MS. He was a past Fulton City Commissioner and a member of the former Jaycees. He lived most of his life in this area.
He is survived by his wife, Josie Brooks Adkins whom he married
June 24, 2017, his mother Marcella Tate of Lansing, MI, two grandchildren; Michael Shane Brown and Brooke Nelms both of Fulton, KY, two great-grandchildren; P.J. Nelms and John Michael Brown both of Fulton, KY, three sisters; Debbie (Rob) Ring of Union City, TN, Rita McCord of Union City, TN, Wanda (Luther) Griggs of Kenton, TN, a brother Rick Adkins of Mt Vernon, IL.
He is preceded in death by his daughter Brenda Hamlet Adkins and
his father Ward Adkins.
Funeral services will be 2 pm on Thursday, December 14 in our funeral chapel. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-8 pm on Wednesday.
