Patsy June Bell Welch

Mrs. Patsy June Bell Welch, age 78, of Union City, TN passed away Monday,
December 28, 2020 at her residence.

She was born on October 3, 1942 in Fulton, KY to the late Gilbert Franklin
and Emogene Reneer Brown.

Patsy lived most of her life in this area and was a cashier at Walmart.

She is survived by three daughters; Susan Bell of Olive Branch, MS,
Dawn Rushin of Union City, TN and Brandy Burns of Fulton, KY, a
son David Bell of Union City, TN, eight grandchildren; Joe Edmison of
Union City, TN, Jeffrey Rushin of Union City, TN, Brianna Rushin of
Union City, TN, Matthew Rushin of Union City, TN, Joseph Burns of
Fulton, KY, Bobby Burns of Fulton, KY, Michael Burns of Fulton, KY,
Brandyn Burns of Fulton, KY, six great-grandchildren; Skyler Rushin of Union
City, TN, Jadyn Rushin of Union City, TN, Kaelee Rushin of Union City,
TN, Kinzlee Rushin of Union City, TN, Robbie Burns of Fulton, KY and
Shawnee Burns of Fulton, KY.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her first
husband, Carl Bell and her second husband, William L. "Bill"
Welch, two sisters; Maxine Matheny and Frances Crocker and
a brother Frank Brown.

Funeral services will be held at 2PM Saturday in our funeral chapel with burial to follow in the Clark Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1PM Saturday until the
hour of service.
