Cynthia Kay Campbell Fulcher and Norman Watson Fulcher were united in marriage in Fulton, KY on April 3, 1964. After 52 years of marriage, on January 5, 2017 at 3:00 am, Cynthia , age 75 died at Tennova Healthcare-Volunteer Martin following an extended illness. Norman, age 79 died at 4:10 AM at Baptist Health of Paducah after a battle with cancer.

Cynthia was born on October 10,1941 in Fulton, KY , the daughter of the late John Enoch and Sara Byrn Campbell. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Fulton, KY and had been a lifelong resident of the Twin Cities. She was a homemaker and enjoyed genealogy, playing bridge and learning all new technology.

Norman was born May 8, 1937 in Obion Co., TN, the son of the late Luke and Georgia Taylor Fulcher. He was also a member of First Baptist Church in Fulton, KY and was a veteran where he served in the United States Navy during Peacetime. Mr. Fulcher was a retired Mechanical Contractor and Co-Owner and Operator of the former J.E. Campbell, Inc. located in So. Fulton, TN. He was a member of the Roberts Masonic Lodge in Fulton, KY and had lived most all of his life in the Twin Cities.

To this union, three children were born, Amy Parnell, So. Fulton, TN., John (Jenny) Fulcher, So. Fulton,TN and Paul (Amy) Fulcher of Knoxville, TN. There are 5 grandchildren: Sara Collier, Nashville, TN., Ethan Parnell, So. Fulton, TN., Joseph Fulcher, Knoxville, TN., Cayce Martin, Murfreesboro, TN and Abbey Fulcher, So. Fulton, TN.

In addition of their children and grandchildren, Cynthia is also survived by a sister, Cathy (John) Burrow and a brother, Don (Judy) Campbell all of So. Fulton, TN.

Norman is survived by 2 sisters, Sandra Marler of Union. City, TN and Vicki Fulcher of Rives,TN.

Norman is preceded in death by 2 brothers, J.B. And Bobby Fulcher.

Funeral services for Cynthia and Norman Fulcher will be held at 11:00 am Saturday at the First Baptist Church in Fulton, KY. Rev. Paul Adams and Pastor Stephen Cavness will officiate. Burial will follow in the Greenlea Cemetery. Visitation will also be held at the church from 5-8 pm Friday and after 9:00 am. Saturday until the funeral hour.
