Norma Evans

Mrs. Norma Dean Hibbs Evans, age 83, of Wingo, KY
passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Ray and
Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center.

She was born on May 31, 1938 in Fulton, KY to the 
late John W. Hibbs and Katherine Crawford Hibbs.

Norma was of the Church of Christ faith and had worked
for the former Merit Clothing Company in Martin, TN.
She also was an elderly care taker and a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Leroy Evans,
a daughter Norma Sue "Susie" (Gerald P. Sr) Medina 
of Wingo, KY, three grandchildren: Rhonda Morgan of 
Water Valley, KY, Reid Wiggins of Murfreesboro, TN, 
Rob (Mary) Wiggins of Troy, TN, a great-grandson Caleb
Heath of Water Valley, KY, five sisters; Marilyn (Tom) 
Cole of  Wingo, KY, Donna (Johnny) Copeland of Wingo, 
KY, Linda Wilson of South Fulton, TN, Betty Chunn of 
Virginia, Carolyn Cutler of Florida and a brother, Johnny
Hibbs of Wingo, KY. 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by
her first husband Glynn Wiggins, two sons: Robert Glynn
Wiggins and Howard Wiggins and a sister, Kathy Wainscott.

Graveside services will be held at 2PM Saturday, February 26,
2022 in the Water Valley Cemetery. Friends are asked to meet 
at the cemetery at the hour of service.
