Nellie E. Childers
August 27, 1912 — December 20, 2006
She was a member of the Water Valley Baptist Church and was also a
member of the Eastern Star. She had worked at the Ferry Morse
Seed Company in Fulton, KY and had lived in this area all of her
life.
She is survived by a son- Jim Childers of Corpus Christi, Texas;
4 grandchildren: Douglas Scott Childers & Deanna Kay Vickers, both
of Frankfort, KY, Jeff Childers of Tacoma, Washington and Jason
Childers of South Lebanon, Ohio & 8 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband- Richard Childers,
her parents- William and Senia (Provow) Thompson, a son-
Bill Childers (7/28/05), 5 brothers and a sister.
Funeral services for Mrs. Childers will be held at 10 am Wed. (12/27/06) in our funeral chapel with burial to follow in the Pleasant View Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 6-8 pm and anytime Wed. until the funeral hour.
