Mary Cynthia Powell

Mrs. Mary Cynthia Powell, age 79, of Fulton, KY passed away
Thursday, May 6, 2021 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in
Mayfield, KY.

She was born on December 7, 1941 in Union City, TN to the late
James Hunt and Marcell McFadden Witherspoon.

Mrs. Powell was a member of the First United Methodist Church
in Fulton and was an avid bridge player. She had worked for the
former Hillview Hospital.

She is survived by her husband, Bobby Powell, whom she married
November 20, 1971, a daughter Tracy Elaine Ferguson of Fulton,
KY, a son James David Ferguson of Wingo, KY, a sister Anita
McGregor of Mayfield, KY and two brothers; Jimmy (Luci) Witherspoon
of Burlingame, CA and Dr. Bobby (Linda) Witherspoon
of Bartlett, TN.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her step-mother,
Shirley Witherspoon.

A memorial visitation will be held from 1-3PM Saturday in our funeral chapel.
