Martha Laverne Sansom

Mrs. Martha Laverne Oakley Sansom, age 79,
of Hickman, KY passed away Saturday, August
21, 2021 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center
in Mayfield, KY.

She was born on February 12, 1942 in Trigg County,
KY to the late Thomas Kelly and Dovie Othelia Burns
Oakley.

Martha moved to this area in 1958 and was a
homemaker.

She is survived by her five daughters; Marilyn Sansom
of Hickman, KY, Nancy Cason of Hickman, KY,
Robin Brunswick of Mayfield, KY, Teri Hitesman
of Hickman, KY and Christy Haney of Hickman,
KY, eleven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death
by her husband, Richard Sansom and a granddaughter
Richard Autumn Cason.

Funeral services will be held at 11AM Wednesday in our funeral
chapel with burial to follow in the Hickman City Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5-8PM
Tuesday.
