Martha Kathryn Phelps

Mrs. Martha Kathryn Phelps, age 94, of Jackson, TN and formerly of South Fulton,TN died Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at the Regency Assisted Living in Jackson, TN.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Fulton and was the
former owner of Phelps Real Estate in South Fulton, TN. She lived in this area all of her life and was active in community affairs.
She is survived by a daughter, Marda Phelps Wallace (Bryan)of Jackson,
TN, two sons; Greg W. Phelps (Lorraine)of Murfreesboro, TN, Paul F. Phelps (Rene) of South Fulton, TN, seven grandchildren; Major Jennifer Phelps Mykins (Bill) of Crystal City, VA, Gregory Paul Phelps (Amber) of Water Valley, KY, Shelia Rae Phelps of Murfreesboro, TN, Christy Phelps of Alcoa,TN, Bryan (Khara) Phelps of Paducah, KY, Tyler Phelps Wallace of Jackson,TN, William Daniel Wallace of Jackson, TN, a sister Roberta Floyd Barclay of Clinton, KY and three great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, David W. Phelps, her parents,
Robert and Bessie Pharis Floyd, two brothers; John Edwin Floyd, Henry
Floyd and a sister Jeanette Floyd Yarzab.
Funeral service will be 2 pm Sunday, March 15 at the Hornbeak Funeral
Chapel with interment in the Pleasant View Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1 pm Sunday until the hour of service.
