Marilyn Jones

Mrs. Marilyn Jones, age 86, of the Pilot Oak Community passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.

She was born on October 7, 1937, in Obion County, TN to the late Omer "Babe" Owsley and Hannah Grace Wilson Owsley.

Marilyn was a member of Pilot Oak Baptist Church and retired from the former Henry I. Siegel Clothing Company. She was also a manager for Tupperware for many years. 

She is survived by three sons: Ray Kent (Kathy) Jones of Mayfield, KY, Michael Wayne (Lynn) Jones of Dickson, TN and Dean Allen (Terri) Jones of Huntsville, AL, six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Earl "Charles" Jones and two sisters: Doris Jean Owsley and Ruthelia Owsley. 

Funeral services for Mrs. Marilyn Jones will be held at 2PM Saturday, June 22, 2024, in our funeral chapel with burial to follow in the Pilot Oak Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 12Noon Saturday until the hour of service.
