Mr. Louis H. Binford, age 90 of Lakeview, AR died December 29, 2011 at the Hospice of the Ozarks in Mountain Home, AR.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran serving in World War II and he retired from the U.S. Navy civil service. He had been a Mason for 50 years and had made his home in southern California until 1991 when he moved to Arkansas.
He is survived by his four sons: Dennis Horton Binford of Sulpher, LA,Ronald Louis Binford of Tacoma, WA, James Christopher Binford of Ventura, CA and Joel Graham Binford of Midway, AR; eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three wives: 1st Shirley Rose Trout Binford,2nd Diane B. Binford, 3rd Marinelle Binford and his parents Ernest and Elizabeth May (Horton) Binford.
Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2012 in our funeral chapel and interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 am Wed. until the funeral hour.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, c/o 302 Carr Street, Fulton, KY 42041.
