She was a retired school teacher for the Fulton Co. School District
where she taught at Cayce Elementary School. She earned a BS degree from the University of TN at Martin & Murray State University in Education. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Fulton,KY & attended Fulton Cumberland Presbyterian Church in So. Fulton,TN. She was a 24 year cancer survivor, former antique collector and
dealer and was a member of the Fulton Co. Retired Teachers
Association.
She is survived by 2 sons and a daughter in law - Larry & Connie
Jamison of Fulton, KY and Steve Jamison of South Fulton,TN; a
grandson - Johnny Jamison of Fulton,KY. Also a sister Betty Cagle of Hickman,KY.
She was preceded in death by her husband - L.C. Jamison, her
parents - George Ezra and Clara Mai Stowe Anderson, 2 brothers
and 2 sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, October 27,2006 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel with burial in the Hickman City Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8:30 p.m. Thursday and anytime Friday until the funeral hour. Memorials may be made to the Fulton Cumberland Presbyterian Church, The Gideon's International or the Bethany Sunday School Class of Fulton First Baptist Church.
