Linda Lou Impson

Linda (Ams) Impson, 75, of Newbern, TN, formerly of Hickman, KY died on November 22, 2018 at the Dyersburg Manor in Dyersburg, TN.

Linda was born in Hickman, KY on April 29, 1943 to the late William and Wilma Ams.  She was a homemaker and of Baptist faith.

She is survived by her sons, Karl Summers of North Ogden, Utah, Preston Summers of Centennial, CO, Alvey Summers, Jr. and Justin Summers, both of Knoxville, TN and Todd Gregory of Keithville, LA, daughter, Sherri Melton of Newbern, TN, sisters, Patricia Russellburg, Camilla Council and Norma Council, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 25^th at Strong Funeral Home with Rev. Henry Callison officiating the service.  Burial will follow in the Hickman City Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 12 Noon until service time on Sunday at Strong Funeral Home.
