Lela Clements Gordon

Mrs. Lela Clements Gordon, age 95, of Union City,TN and formerly of Fulton, KY died March 23,2013
at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.
She was a member of Faith and Deliverance Church in South
Fulton, was retired from Salant-Salant, Inc. were she was a
seamstress and had lived in the Fulton County area most of
her life.
She is survived by three daughters, Virginia Cole, Pat Cook, and Ann Hayden all of Union City, TN, two sons, Roger Dale Gordon of Fulton,KY and Bobby Gordon of Palmersville, TN, 36 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Alfred Gordon,
a daughter, Linda Kay Lee, three sons, Rev. Billy Gene Hammock,
Rev. Wayne Gordon and Russell Gordon, her parents, John Thomas
and Rosa Lee Clements, three brothers, Dempsey, Robert and Slayton "Buddy" Clements and two sisters, Ruby Clements and Minnie Bell Clements Smith.
Funeral service will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, March 27 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel and interment will be in the Greenlea Cemetery. Visitation will
be at the funeral home from 5-8 pm Tuesday and after 8 am Wed. until the funeral hour.
