Larry Gene Pate

Mr. Larry Gene Pate of Fulton passed away early Monday morning,
December 31,2018 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center (ER) in
Mayfield,KY.

He had retired as an education specialist for the Federal Civil Service.
He held a masters degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin
in education and mathematics and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He
was born in Carroll County, TN on December 1, 1941 and had lived in
this area since 1984.

He is survived by his wife Marda Sundwick Pate, whom he married December
7, 1974, three sons David V. Pate of Cedar Hill, MO, John Patrick Pate of
Rolla, MO and Michael E. Pate of Woodland, CA, and a daughter
Gabrielle A. Macdonald of Bowling Green, KY and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Herman and Annie Maud
Hansbro Pate, two brothers and two sisters.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
