Larry Wayne Morehead

Mr. Larry Wayne Morehead, Sr, age 63, of Crutchfield, KY
passed away Thursday at the Tristar Centennial Medical Center
in Nashville, TN.

Larry was born in Metropolis, IL to the late Bob Morehead and
Barbara (Smith) Morehead on April 14, 1960.

Larry was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints
on 501 Wells Avenue, in Fulton, KY. He was a retired truck driver for
Hartt Trucking. He moved here from Metropolis, IL and has lived here for
30 plus years. He enjoyed the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago Bears along with
the Tennessee Volunteers.

He is survived by his wife, Roberta Davis Morehead, to whom he married
May 31, 2008. Two sons, Larry (Kendra) Morehead, Jr, of Metropolis, IL and
Jason (CaSandra) Morehead of Metropolis, IL; three daughters, Tiffany (Benjamin)
Alexander of Hopkinsville, KY, Danielle (Chris) Grant of Ledbetter, KY
and Jessica Morehead of Paducah, KY; nine grandchildren, Gradie Morehead,
Helton Morehead, Declyn Morehead, MaciLee Curry, TaylorRae Curry,
Remington Curry, Joslyn Grant, Kinsley Grant, and Lindsey Grant; two 
brothers, Bruce (Tina) Morehead of Metropolis, IL and Bobby Morehead
of Crutchfield, KY; and a brother-in-law, Randy Myrick of Boaz, Il.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Clifford
Morehead; and one sister, Kathy Myrick.

Funeral services will be held at 1PM, Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at the Church
of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on 501 Wells Avenue, Fulton, KY. Burial
will follow in the Pleasant View Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held at the
Church from 10AM until the hour of service.
