Kenneth Rossignol

Mr. Kenneth J. Rossignol, age 51, of Water Valley, KY passed away
Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at his residence.

He was born on January 22, 1968 in Chittenango, NY to the late
Harold John Rossignol and Joyce Dall Armstrong of Water Valley, KY.

Kenneth was of the Catholic faith and was the owner of Purchase Tools, LLC,
a Mac Tools Franchise. He came to this area from Peterborough, Ontario, Canada.

In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife, Patty Winstead Rossignol
of Water Valley, KY, his step-father George Roy Armstrong of Water Valley, KY,
two daughters; Christi Lynn Winstead of Water Valley, KY and Misty Jo (Bill)
Cates of Paducah, KY, four grandchildren; Elise Jez, Morgan Jez, Tristan Cates
and Kendall Cates all of Paducah, KY, four brothers; Kim (Michelle) Rossignol
of Clearwater, FL, Keith Rossignol of Clearwater, FL, Brent (Karen) Armstrong
of Peterborough, Ontario, Canada and David (Joyce) Armstrong of Meaford, Ontario,
Canada.

In addition to his father he is preceded in death by a brother, Kevin Rossignol.

A memorial service will be held at 6PM Saturday in our funeral chapel. Visitation
will be held at the funeral home from 3PM Saturday until the hour of service.
