Keith Parks

Mr. Howard Keith Parks of the Ruthville Community died Friday
morning at his residence. He was born in Water Valley, KY on July 25,
1957. He was a member of Ruthville Baptist Church. He worked in
maintenance at MTD and has lived in this area all of his life.


Mr. Parks is survived by his daughter Tristan McGarrity (Thomas) of
Martin; his mother Betty Ridgway Parks of Ruthville; his sister Kim Parks Radford of Fulton, KY; his step brother Brad Lamb of Wingo, KY; his nieces Kristi Naylor (Gene) and Hope Bailey (Cecil) both of Martin, Deanna Summers and Ginger Blair both of Fulton, KY; one nephew
Garrett Blair of Fulton, KY; 4 great nieces, 2 great nephews, and 1 great-great niece.

He was preceded in death by his father Charles Parks.

Services for Mr. Howard Keith Parks will be held at 2 PM on Sunday in the Hornbeak Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Sandy
Branch Cemetery. Bro. Lowell Wiley will officiate the service.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5-8 PM on Saturday.
