Kathleen Radivonyk

Mrs. Kathleen Gloria Radivonyk, age 70, of Fulton, KY passed away
Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at the Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY.

Kathleen was a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church and a
self employed beautician. She loved arts and crafts, cooking and
music. She has lived in this area for the past 10 years.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Radivonyk whom she married
October 1, 1971, a daughter Jane (Daniel) Zickefoose of Fulton, KY,
a special niece Gloria Burbank Moulton of Fulton, KY, two grandchildren;
Robby Hulin stationed in Poland, Audrey Zickefoose of Fulton, KY,
a great grandchild Daisy Hulin of Fulton, KY, two brothers; David Spinney of
Dover Point, NH and Peter Spinney of Wells, ME and several nieces and
nephews.

She is preceded in death by a daughter and son-in-law, Joelle Kathleen
(Brian) Huie, her parents Merton Ellsworth and Gloria Kathleen York
Spinney and a sister Deanie Burbank.

A memorial service will be held at 2PM Saturday at the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. There will be no visitation held and friends are asked to meet at the church at the hour of service.
