Kaelleyon Jeremiah Kelsey

Kaelleyon Jeremiah Kelsey, infant, passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2019
at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center.

He was born on October 1, 2019 in Mayfield, KY to Caelleyon Treyvon Kelsey
and Toni Desarae Madding both of Fulton, KY.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his grandparents; Melissa Kelsey
and Kevin Irvan both of Union City, TN, Jason (April) Madding of Fulton, KY,
Miranda Choate of South Fulton, TN, Pamela McCrite of Fulton, KY and
Fred McCrite of Paducah, KY, two half sisters; Kaidence Foy of Sedalia, KY
and Kayleigh Madding of Fulton, KY, five uncles and three aunts.

He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents; Gaytha June Dean,
Clarence Dean, Jr, George Kelsey and Ann Kelsey.

Memorial services will be held at 11AM Friday in our funeral chapel. Visitation
will be held at the funeral home from 10AM Friday until the hour of service.
