Judy Kay Mullis

Mrs. Judy Kay Mullis, age 72, of Fulton, KY passed away Sunday, September
22, 2019 at the Fulton Nursing and Rehab.

She was born December 20, 1946 in Parma, MO to the late Robert Leslie
and Lottie Root Johnson.

Judy was of the Baptist faith and lived most of her life in Florida, Georgia
and Michigan. She was a Peer Specialist for Four Rivers Behavioral Health.

She is survived by two daughters; Bonnie K. Mullis of Fulton, KY and Judy
Lynn Mullis Ashley of Hickman, KY, a son John Franklin Mullis, Jr of Dresden,
TN, nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a sister Deloris Dunn of
Fulton, KY.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, John Franklin
Mullis, Sr, a daughter Charlene Wynate Mullis, three brothers and six sisters.

A memorial service will be held at 11AM Thursday in our funeral chapel.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10AM Thursday until the hour
of service.
