Joyce Pullen Conley

Mrs. Joyce Pullen Conley, age 78, of Smithland, KY
and formerly of Clinton passed away Sunday, April 21, 2024 
at the Baptist Health of Paducah. 

Joyce was born on September 22, 1945, in Fulton, KY 
to the late Perry Howard Wade and Ruth Townsend 
Wade. 

She was a member of the Lighthouse Pentecostal 
Church in Ledbetter, KY. Joyce retired from the Hickman County 
Senior Citizens Center in Clinton, KY. She also had a love for working 
with children at her church, working with her hands, sewing,
and in the flower garden, and most of all she loved her sweets. 
She was also a member of the woman's club of Clinton and the
Business and Professional Woman's Organization. 

Joyce is survived by her husband Mr. Roy J. Conley whom she married 
on July 6, 2007. Additionally, she is survived by three sons: David
Howard (Carol) Pullen of Martin, TN, Daniel Everett (Lisa) Pullen 
of Murray, KY, and Jessie R. (Reba) Conley of Hobart, IN, a
daughter, Sandra Tuck of Smithland, KY, six grandchildren and nine great-
grandchildren, two sisters: Margaret Kelly of Clinton, KY and Anita
Brann of Clinton, KY and a brother, James Wade of Clinton, KY.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband,
Carlos Pullen, a sister Mary Freeman and two brothers: Charles Wade and Otis Wade.
 

Funeral services for Mrs. Conley will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday April 25, 2024,
in our funeral chapel with Rev. Judy Warran officiating, burial will follow in the 
Harmony Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday
from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
