John W. Weaver, 72, died November 9, 2018 at the Tennessee State Veterans
Home in Humboldt, TN.
He had been a communicant of Saint Edward Catholic Church, where
his funeral mass will be held at 10AM Monday with a meal to follow in the Parish Hall.
He will be interred at the New Hampshire Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, NH at a later time.
John was born in Ridgely, TN and enlisted in the Air Force during
the Vietnam War era. He spent 22 years serving his country. He was
diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease at the time of his retirement and bore
his suffering with patience and kindness for over 30 years.
He leaves behind daughter Pamela Lee Weaver of Dallas, TX. his wife Paulette
of Fulton, KY, three loving stepdaughters, Abigael Eastman of Dunbarton, NH,
(and her 2 daughters Victoria and Samantha) Christabel Chadwick of Concord,
NH ( and her 3 children, Audra, Jacob and Davis) and Gray Lyons
(her partner Linda Wilson) of South Bend, IN.
He was preceded in death by his parents James Rufus and Willie Katherine
(McDaniel) Weaver and 4 older half brothers, Bueford, Vernon, Gene and Lynn,
leaving behind one brother William Royce Weaver of Paris, TN. His three older
sisters, Linda Weaver of Dyersburg, TN, Venita Humphrey of Dyersburg, TN and
Mercedes (Johnny) Higgins of Obion, TN also mourn his passing.
