Joe Jackson

Mr. Joe Jackson, age 72, of Fulton, KY passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at his residence.

He was born on April 7, 1949 in Fulton, KY to the

late Denzil A. and Ethel Chapman Jackson.

He was a member of Liberty Worship Center in South Fulton, TN and was a United States Army veteran. Joe worked for the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company where he was a tire builder.

He was also a proud member of the NRA.

He is survived by his wife, Clara Bell Jackson whom he married September 28, 1969, a daughter Wendy Lee (Thomas Neal) Wharton of Martin, TN, a son David W. (Melisa Adams) Jackson of Fulton, KY, five grandchildren; Alexis N. Lewis of Union City, TN, Josh Roberson of Clinton, KY, Matt (Amber) Wharton of Martin, TN, Angelina (Kyle) McClure of Dresden, TN and Joy Wharton of Martin, TN, two brothers; Lendel Jackson and Lonnie Jackson both of Clinton, KY and a sister, Ruth Edwards of Clinton, KY.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a brother, Denny Jackson and a sister Judy Dwiggins.

Funeral services will be held at 2PM Friday in our funeral chapel with burial to follow in the Clark Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5-9PM Thursday.
