Joan Owensby

Mrs. Joan Owensby, age 85, of Martin, TN passed away Wednesday, August
19, 2020 at the Diversicare of Martin.

She was born on March 19, 1935 in Obion County, TN to the late John D.
and Edith Boulton McKinney.

Mrs. Owensby was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Fulton.
She lived most of her life in Weakley County.

She is survived by a son, Stacy (Tammy) Owensby of Martin, TN, three
grandchildren; Matt Owensby of Ft. Stewart, GA, Amber Owensby (Luke)
Hazlewood of Greenfield, TN and Tanner Owensby of Martin, TN and a
sister June Grissom of South Fulton, TN.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband,
Glyn Edward Owensby.

Graveside services will be held at 11AM Friday at the Obion County Memorial
Gardens. There will be no visitation held at the funeral home and friends are
asked to meet at the cemetery at the hour of service.
