Jo Ann Collins

Mrs. Jo Ann Collins, age 78, of Union City, TN passed away on Friday,
November 29, 2019 at DiversiCare of Martin.

She was born in Obion County, TN on February 12, 1941 to the late Ruel Lee Fulcher
and Virginia Elvada Baker Fulcher. She married Fred Collins, he precedes her in death.
Mrs. Collins was a homemaker and lived in Obion County all her life.

Mrs. Collins is survived by four sisters, Marie Henderson of Sterling Heights,
MI, Peggy Ruth Presson of Dyersburg, TN, Virginia "Jenny" Thompson of South
Fulton, TN, Judy Moore of Newbern, TN, one brother Wayne Fulcher of South Fulton,
TN.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three
sisters and six brothers.

Funeral service will be held at 1PM Monday in our funeral chapel with burial to follow
in Obion County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-8PM Sunday.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
