Jimmy "Jim" Leon Walker

Mr. Jimmy "Jim" Leon Walker, age 81, of the Pilot Oak
community passed away Friday, January 7, 2022 at the
Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah,
KY.

He was born on June 26, 1940 in Hailwell, KY to the late
Lowell Gilbert and Carma Lee Cooley Walker.

Jim was a member of Cuba Baptist Church and was the
Owner and operator of Walker Timber Company which
he started in 1966. He lived all of his life in Graves County,
KY.

He is survived by his wife, Stella Louise Walker, whom he
married April 26, 1959, his children: Rick (Donna) Walker,
Donnie Walker, Tommy (Brenda) Walker and Lisa (Shane)
Causey all of Pilot Oak, KY, nineteen grandchildren, fifteen
great-grandchildren, two sisters: Margaret Vincent of Cuba,
KY and Molly West of Pilot Oak, KY, three brothers:
Jack Walker of Arnold, MO, Jerry Walker of Pilot Oak,
KY and Larry Walker of Pilot Oak, KY.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a sister,
Frances Taylor.

Funeral services will be held at 1PM Monday at Cuba Baptist
Church with burial to follow in the Cuba Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5-8PM Sunday.
Jim will lie in state at the Cuba Baptist Church from 11AM Monday
until the hour of service.
