Jenny Hastings

Mrs. Jenny Hastings, age 63, of the Dukedom community passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at Baptist Health of Paducah.                                                                             

Jenny had been a member of the South Fulton Baptist Church, since 1975,
where she had been a children's choir leader, Sunday School Teacher, sang
in the adult choir and served on the Hostess committee. She had been a
legal secretary for the Marshall County Judicial System. She was a 1973
graduate of Fulton County High School and had been a resident of this area
all of her life.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Steve Hastings of Dukedom,
TN, her mother Helen Jones Taylor of Hickman, KY, two sons Eric Hastings
(Paige) of Nashville, TN, and John Hastings (Jessie) of Spring Hill, TN, a
daughter Kim Hastings Davenport (Andy) of Murray, KY; 7 grandchildren,
Grace Hastings, Harrison Hastings, both of Nashville, TN, Luke Hastings
and Evie Hastings, both of Spring Hill, TN and Jake Davenport, Sam
Davenport and Della Davenport, all of Murray, KY; a brother Mike Taylor
(Susan) of Hickman,KY, two sisters Susan Blassingame (Tommy) of
Dukedom, TN and Edie Lane (Donny) of Hickman, KY.

She was preceded in death by her father Gerald Taylor.

Funeral service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, December 8 at the South Fulton Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Hickman City Cemetery.  Visitation will be at the South Fulton Baptist Church from 5-8 pm on Friday.
