Mrs. Jean Rushing, age 80, of South Fulton, TN died Friday, January 25, 2013 at the Parkway Regional Hospital in Fulton.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Fulton and had retired from Reed Bros. Feed & Seed Company where she worked as a secretary and bookkeeper. She had lived in this area all of her life.
She is survived by her husband Gaylon Rushing of South Fulton, TN; a daughter Donna Rushing Hunt of South Fulton,TN, a son Randy Dale Rushing of Bartow,FL, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren and a sister Bobbye Foster of Water Valley, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents Clifton and Lois (Yates) Austin.
Funeral service will be at 1 pm on Monday, Jan. 28 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel with interment in the Pilot Oak Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11 am Monday until the funeral hour.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church, 115 Second Street, Fulton, KY 42041.
