Mrs. Janie Dell McCord, age 84, of Florence, KY and formerly of South Fulton,
TN died Monday, May 7, 2018 in Florence, KY.
She was a member of the Fulton Cumberland Presbyterian Church in
South Fulton,TN and had been a shipping clerk for the former Goodyear
Tire & Rubber Company in Union City. She had lived in this area all of
her life.
Janie is survived by three children: Janice Barber of South Fulton, TN,
Renee (Ben) Hammond of Burlington, KY and Chris (Becky) Barber of
Shawnee, OK; three grandchildren Casey Sparks of Chicago,IL,
Kallie Barber (Dylan) Wise of Oklahoma City, OK , Savannah Barber
of Shawnee, OK and a brother George A. Jones of Cayce, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents John C. and Doris
Pewitt Jones.
Funeral services will be held at 12Noon Thursday in our funeral chapel
with burial to follow in the Cayce Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the
funeral home from 10AM Thursday until the hour of service.
