Janice Kay Hill

Ms. Janice Kay Hill, age 68, of Dresden, TN passed away Tuesday, May
14, 2019 at the Baptist East Hospital in Memphis, TN.

Janice was born on August 26, 1950 to the late Billy and Clovis Hainline
Latham. She was a retired seamstress for the former Henry I. Siegel where
she worked for 29 years, she then worked for Tyson Foods for 15 years as
a machine operator.

She is survived by her companion of 23 years, Mike Barner of Dresden, TN,
her daughters; Melissa Goodman and her fiance' Jeremy Burks of Humboldt, TN
and Barbie Hill of Wingo, KY. Her companion's children; Ronnie Barner of South
Fulton, TN, Michael Barner of Dresden, TN, Melissa Garrett of Martin, TN, Bryan
Sutton of Tupelo, MS, Jennifer Barner of Martin, TN, six grandchildren, seven
great-grandchildren and a sister Joyce Edmaiston of Fulton, KY.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a daughter,
Teresa Parks, two brothers; Tony Latham and Gary B. Latham and
a sister June Dean.

Funeral services will be held at 2PM Sunday in our funeral chapel
with burial to follow in the Obion County Memorial Gardens. Visitation
will be held at the funeral home from 5-8PM Saturday.
