James Luther Otts

Mr. James Luther Otts, age 73, of Fulton, KY passed
away Sunday, April 11, 2021 at the Fulton Nursing and Rehab
in Fulton, KY.

He was born on December 25, 1947 in Indianola, MS to the
late Luther Clayton and Mary Alice Stewart Otts.

He was a United States Navy veteran where he served in
Vietnam.

He is survived by his daughters; Mary Elizabeth Otts- Farraher
of Walpole, MA, Melissa Elieen Otts Smith and Melanie
Otts Graham of Monroe, LA and a brother Frank (Joy)
Otts of Fulton, KY.

A memorial service will be held at 2PM Sunday, April 25, 2021
at the Faith Fellowship Church. Friends are asked to meet at the
church at the hour of service.
