Isaac John Crittendon Strupek

Isaac John Crittendon Strupek, 8 day old infant died Friday evening, Sept. 23 at the Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO.

Isaac is survived by his mother Emma Crittendon of Fulton, KY, his
father John Strupek of South Fulton, TN, his maternal grandparents
Eddie and Jill Crittendon of Fulton, KY, his paternal grandparents Fawn Zombeck of Mayfield, KY and Michael Strupek of Pittsburg, PA; great grandparents Dan and Alice Voegeli of Fulton, KY, Sue Jackson, Bill Jackson and David and Rita Crittendon, all of South Fulton, TN and great great grandparents Betty and Chuck Zombeck of Pittsburg, PA; an uncle Jacob Crittendon of Fulton, KY, aunts Misty Strupek and Angelika Zombeck, both of Mayfield, KY. Also many great aunts, uncles and other relatives.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 pm Sunday, Sept. 25 at the Rush Creek Cemetery. There will be no visitation held at the Hornbeak Funeral Home and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at the hour of service.
